Q: iMADE and Covid-19
A:iMADE will follow the guidelines set by BC Ministry of Health, BC Centre for Disease Control, and WorkSafe BC. Remember to wash your hands following the handling of your new iMADE box. It was packaged in a safe environment with your safety in mind.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free within Canada. Shipping to the US is $25. Other locations please email us. Once the item is shipped it is beyond iMADE’s control for arrival time given current affairs with COVID-19. Any item crossing into the USA could be held up at customs. This is beyond the control of iMADE. Customs & import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and order value. iMADE is not responsible for these fees, the customer is.
Q: When does the iMADE box release?
A: Here’s the delivery schedule for 2020-21 season:
Winter box – ships end of November 2020 – receive December
Spring box – ships end of February 2021 – receive March
Summer Box: – ships end of May 2021 – receive June
Fall Box: – ships end of August 2021- receive September
Q: How am I billed for my next box?
A: Your subscription is $98 per season (or a one time fee of $98 for a single box), plus tax and shipping where applicable. Shipping is free within Canada. You will be billed for your quarterly subscription the 1st of November, February, May and August. The annual subscription is a ‘one time charge’ at time of purchase. The subscription is set to auto-renew, so your card will be automatically processed unless you cancel before your billing cycle begins again. If you should cancel and the box has already been shipped, you will still be charged for the box. The subscription is 4 boxes total annually.
Q:Is the price in Canadian dollars?
A:Yes! The iMADE Box is priced in Canadian dollars.
Q: Is the subscription set to auto-renew?
A:You only need to sign up once. The subscription is set to auto-renew. You’ll automatically receive future iMADE box editions until you cancel. If you’ve cancelled after a box has been shipped, you will still be charged for that last box. Canceling a subscription is unique to each account and will be handled specific to that request.
Q: Is every box the same?
A: The box and its season will vary. iMADE may use the same brand twice but with different products. It’s a discovery box and we want it to feel like Christmas each time no matter the season.
Q: Is the contents of the iMADE box all made in Canada?
A: Products are made in Canada or from a Canadian independent company, but not all. iMADE will add something extra.
Q: What’s the best way to reach iMADE?
A: iMADE can be reached Monday to Friday from 10am – 5pm PST. Email us at [email protected] Please allow 2 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to respond back.
Q: How do I return the box?
A: If you’re not satisfied with your first iMADE box, please email us first at [email protected] with the subject title ‘REFUND REQUEST’ In order to receive a full refund, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your first box. We will not offer refunds after the first box. All items must be unused and in its original condition with all items accounted for. If the box is missing items the refund will not be given. Please ensure all contents are in the box before sending. The iMADE box must be shipped back to us within 10 days of filing the refund request. Please note, return shipping costs are not refunded. This timeline is firm. The refund will be given if all of the requirements have been met in the above details and guidelines.
We do have food content sometimes in our iMADE box. Anyone with food sensitivities or allergies please be advised.
