When you purchase an iMADE subscription box, $5 from every transaction will be donated to St. Martha’s Regional Hospital – Cancer & Support Care Service as part of the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association.

What's Your Story?

iMADE, was founded in 2017 after a health diagnoses prevented me from creating. At the time, I had a side hustle that I had to step back from. I wanted to stay in the creative community even though I couldn’t make things anymore. This was when iMADE came to life.

I grew up in a small town, in beautiful Nova Scotia, my mom was an Art teacher. As kids, my baby sister and I would go with her to craft fairs, the local Legion, to sell her creations. Sadly we lost her to cancer when she was 48, I was 15. Ten years after losing mom we lost our dad, also to cancer.

iMADE markets came to be a celebration, not only for the creative community locally, but also to celebrate my mother’s legacy. When you support anything iMADE, her legacy lives on and I thank you for this. I’m so proud and touched how the iMADE brand has grown organically. She’d be very proud of all of you. Today I’m happy that not only does the iMADE brand have a successful local artisan market that has pivoted to a virtual markets series, but now a second pivot with the iMADE Subscription Box.
